On Wednesday the IAAF, the world governing body of athletics elects a new president. Either Ukraine's Sergei Bubka or Britian's Lord Coe will become the most powerful person in track and field. They will have to deal with the recent allegations around the use and detection of performance enhancing drugs that has engulfed the sport of athletics and its governing body. Don Catlin has dedicated his whole life to catching drug cheats. He has been behind some of the biggest advancements in testing procedures and been instrumental is uncovering some of the worlds most infamous drug cheats.
