This past week traditionally sees more new businesses start up in Britain that at any other time of the year. It's exciting, nerve wracking and hard work, but as many of those who've done it will tell you, running your own business can be the most rewarding way to earn your living. Silvia Migiliucci and Massimo Schiliro have just embarked on that journey thanks to a £20,000 loan. They've opened up a brand new Italian street food take away on Granby Street in Leicester called I-Buongustai. The money has come from the East Midlands based, not-for-profit group First Enterprise. Jim Davis meets the team behind Leicester's newest food outlet.
