After a year of work renovating and changing the inside of Leicester's Cathedral you may have noticed scaffolding on the outside along Guildhall Lane. That's because the Cathedral's bell-ringing tower needs some urgent TLC. The repairs are well underway, and when Â鶹Éç Radio Leicester's Helen McCarthy was offered the chance to climb one hundred feet up the scaffolding tower for a progress report - we couldn't stop her!
