The teachers strike in Kenya - which is entering it's third week - shows no sign of resolution. The unions want the authorities to implement the 50 to 60 percent salary increase awarded by the Employment and Labour Relations Court. Later today the High Court in Nairobi will rule on whether teachers should go back to school after an earlier ruling by a judge that the strike was not protected in law.
