Sharp decline in sea creature populations

Newsday

Available for over a year

The ocean is on the 'brink of collapse' - that's according to a World Wildlife Fund report report. The study into the health and habitats of marine species found that sea creature populations have halved between 1970 and 2012 - and that the decline may be steepest in the fish we need for the global food supply. Marco Lambertini, Director General of WWF International, explains more.
