Available for over a year
One in five young adults cried in the past week, because of stress and anxiety, according to research from the mental health charity Mind, and women are three times as likely as men to have cried. Kieran contacted 麻豆社 Radio 5 live to say that after he changed jobs, he couldn't cope with the new work environment and - coupled with difficulties at home - broke down and cried because of the stress at work. He was signed off by a GP, which led to him being immediately dismissed. He says that he thinks there shouldn't be a stigma about men crying, and says that he's been helped most by talking about his problems. This is originally from 5 live Daily on 22 September 2015.
