With people busy at work or maintaining a frantic household- many of us simply don't always take the time to get to know our neighbours. But a new scheme is up and running in Leicestershire and Rutland which aims to change that. Its called the 'Good Neighbours Scheme' and aims to link up volunteers with people in villages who might need a helping hand- things like DIY or a bit of gardening for example. There's a handful of schemes up and running and some in their fledgeling stages
