Boris Palmer, the mayor of Tübingen in Germany, says his city is running out of temporary accommodation for migrants and refugees. Most of the 600 people who have arrived in Tübingen are currently staying in factory halls and sports stadiums. Mr Palmer says his city needs more support from Germany's federal government, as up to one million migrants are expected to arrive in the country this year.
