Former Ireland and British Lions flanker Stephen Ferris says writing his autobiography helped him come to terms with his retirement after he was forced to put a stop to his playing days in 2014; aged just 29. Ferris - who won 35 caps for Ireland - discusses how he dealt with his retirement and his friendship with golfer Rory McIlroy.
