Despite the claim that Leicester has the largest Diwali celebrations outside of India, every year we're promised they will be bigger and better than before, but this year they might just be right. Leicester City Council has unveiled a revamped fortnight of events which include a whole host of new activities including live Rangoli at the Clock Tower and a 100-ft Ferris Wheel on Belgrave Rd! Of course earlier this summer Â鶹Éç Radio Leicester reported that some of the attendees felt the celebrations had got a bit boring. So can the Council add a bit more va-va-voom?
