The plight of Syria's civilians in the war-torn country is brought into sharp focus by more than 50,000 photographs of torture victims taken by a man - now known as Caesar - who used to work for the Syrian government. The images bear witness to the torture and murder of men, women and children that Caesar says was carried out by government forces. The government says the photographs are fakes - but forensic and international law experts say they're authentic. Some have already been displayed in New York and Brussels - and on Tuesday of this week they were shown in London for one day only. Newsday's Rob Brown went along.
