A pub used to be a pub, but in recent years they've had to do a bit more than that to thrive. A bit like many farmers, lots of pubs have diversified into other things. The Griffin in Swithland has just opened a deli in some old stables next to the pub garden. But it's not just any old deli, it's a deli with a mission as Ben Jackson found out.
