Afghanistan is normally in the news for tragic reasons, mostly to do with violence and bombing. But the Afghan National Institute of Music aims to project a different side to the country. Founded in 2010 it has 200 students. The Âé¶¹Éç's Shaimaa Khalil talked to one of them, Negin, now the youngest conductor in Afghanistan.
