Jim Dobson was brought up in the Yorkshire Dales, but came to Leicestershire over sixty years ago because of his love of horses. It's that love that led him to set up Centaur Stud just outside the tiny village of Cold Newton near Billesdon. He's a remarkable man and Ben Jackson went to talk to him.
