The Masai make the headlines, the right to die without pain and Chagas disease. Chagas disease is only found in the Americas, and more than 16 million people are affected. The parasite is passed on by blood-sucking insects or 'kissing bugs'. Later in the programme the right to die without pain and the Masai's use of the sun to disinfect drinking water.
