The Dutch had some surprising news this week - they're getting two giant pandas on loan from China. Xing Ya and Wu Wen - a male and a female - will arrive next year at a zoo in Rhenen. It's the latest move in what's known as 'panda diplomacy' - something that's an area of expertise for Falk Hartig from Frankfurt University in Germany. So what do the Dutch get out of the deal?
