Available for over a year
A new Star Trek TV series will be launched in 2017 with "new characters seeking imaginative new worlds and new civilizations". CBS TV studios will broadcast the show on a new subscription channel and distribute it around the world. Larry Nemecek, a Star Trek expert known to many as "Dr Trek", said: "The main thing people are thrilled about is episodic adventures again, not waiting two and three and four years again just for two more years of films." The new series is not related to the upcoming feature film Star Trek Beyond, to be released in summer 2016 when the show celebrates its 50th anniversary. This clip is originally from Phil Williams on 3rd November 2015.
