A report by Amnesty International and the Centre for Environment, Human Rights and Development says that Shell has not lived up to its promise to clean up areas affected by oil spills in Nigeria's Delta region. In a statement Shell has said they are committed to cleaning up all oil spills. Makmid Kamara is with Amnesty.
