Portrait artist Peter Edwards from Oswestry has his work hanging in the National Portrait Gallery. In the Cool Seat with Jim, he shares memories of his first portrait of someone with their clothes on, Ellesmere locals spotting Sir Bobby Charlton when he visited his studio, and Michael Winner’s attempts to intimidate him.
