Former world champion Steve Cram believes all those involved in athletics are to blame for the doping scandal in the sport in Russia. A World Anti-Doping Agency commission report has accused Russia of running a “state-sponsored” doping programme. Russia has said it is “fully committed to the fight against doping in sport."
