Well wishers from all over Leicestershire are doing their bit to help hundreds of thousands of children enjoy Christmas this year. 11,000 shoeboxes packed with things like toys and stationery are being sent out from Leicester later today on their way to children in Swaziland. Its called Operation Christmas Child and its organised by the charity Samaritans Purse. Well whilst at the large warehouse where the packages were being made-up, Â鶹Éç Radio Leicester's Bridget Blair found out that listeners have been playing a key role in supplying gifts. It all goes back to an initiative we ran years ago, as Bridget explains.
