Eating disorders affect 70 million people worldwide, according to statistics published in the US. Anorexia is a horrible illness, and it's very hard for sufferers to recover. Ella Crouch, a blogger who wrote about her own battle with anorexia, was in a supermarket when she spotted someone else with the condition. That was Anna Wyatt. Ella explains their story.
