Now, if you were listening yesterday, you would have heard Ben Jackson's trip to a Leicestershire geese farm, which is currently busy making sure people get their orders in time for Christmas! Well, another treat during the festive season is one of Leicestershire's finest exports - Stilton. Jane and Mark Barnes at Southfield Farm in Somerby are part of the Long Clawson co-operative of dairy farmers. They've been sharing with Ben the work involved in creating a fine traditional local staple!
