It's known as the time for festive cheer, but hundreds of shop workers across Leicestershire are bracing themselves for a busy and often highly stressful Christmas season. Just as the majority of us are looking forward to being with family and friends, hundreds of shop assistants are dreading the long hours, sale preparations, and dealings with panicked customers. It's a major operation. Â鶹Éç Radio Leicester's Sally-Ann Nicholls has been to a family-run business in Leicester with just three staff, which is open every day - including Christmas Day - to see what the festive period's like for them.
