Episode details

Available for over a year
As long as hospitals have existed, there have generally been chaplains on hand to help patients and their families come to terms with their illnesses. More recently, clerics from other faiths - like Islam, and Hinduism - have also been represented. But now Leicester's hospitals think they've become the first in the country to offer a non religious chaplain. Jane Flint started work this week, and our reporter Jo Hollis went to meet her on her first day - as well as the head of the chaplaincy team, Mark Burleigh.
