How Coca-Cola upset both Russia and Ukraine?

Outside Source

Available for over a year

Coca-Cola's Christmas maps of Russia had mistakes, causing protests in Russia and Ukraine. The first map did not include Kaliningrad and Kuril Islands. After a Russian protest, the map was republished with both areas, but it also included Crimea, a territory annexed by Russia from Ukraine in 2014. Ukrainian legislator, Mustafa Nayyem, has called for a boycott of Coca-Cola products in Ukraine. He explained to Outside Source why. (Photo: Coca-Cola bottle cap. Credit: AP)
