School Congestion

Jim Davis and Jo Hayward

Available for over a year

A headteacher in Leicester has accused some parents at her school of putting childrens' lives at risk. Inderjit Sandhu runs Launde Primary School in Oadby, and says the school entrance becomes so congested during rush hour - it's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt. She's told 麻豆社 Radio Leicester that - despite several warnings - a number of parents have become abusive when asked to move their cars from outside the gates. Local residents have also reported parents parking repeatedly across their driveways. 麻豆社 Radio Leicester's Christian Hill has been to the school to speak to Inderjit.
