Much of Russian airtime was spent "brushing off and criticising" the Litvinenko inquiry, said Vitaliy Shevchenko, of the Â鶹Éç's Monitoring Service. The murder of ex-Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko in 2006 in the UK was "probably" approved by President Vladimir Putin, the inquiry found.
