Councillor Fran Oborski was drenched by water pouring off an awning outside the Ginger Cafe in Stourport last November. She took to social media to brand the owners of the cafe "moronic idiots." It led to a Facebook war of words which ended in two official complaints to Wyre Forest District Council and a ticking off from the Ethics and Standards Committee. She's been told to go on a social media course and make a donation to charity.
