This week, in the midst of winter, is the start of the Venice Carnival.The festival is world-famous for its elaborate masks and costumes. It runs till February 9th. Weekend's Nuala McGovern caught up with a very busy man, Paolo Cicciarelli, the events organiser. Has he got his costume?
