Demystifying Islam

Newsday

Available for over a year

Mosques across Britain invited the public through their doors on Sunday. Men, women and children of any faith could observe prayers, talk to people who regularly attend the mosque and see through their own eyes what its like in a mosque. The Noor Ul Islam Mosque in east London was amongst those participating and it's 24 year old imam, Ibrahim Furti, explains why.
