The United States has said it carried out an air strike in Libya targeting a militant thought to be behind two major attacks in Tunisia. 22 people died in the terrorist attack on the Bardo Museum, and thirty eight where murdered when gun men fired on tourists in the beach resort of Sousse. Presenter Mark Mardell spoke to Daniel Kawczynski member of the Foreign Affairs Select Committee and Oliver Miles who is deputy chairman of the Libyan British Business Council, about whether they thought military intervention was necessary in Libya. "Ultimately boots on the ground from some sort of Arab league contingency will have to be found and support will have to be given to the Libyan army and Libyan forces", Daniel Kawczynski told The World at One.
