Dr Mohammed is a Syrian doctor who's been living in Madaya. It's a besieged mountainous city in Syria where starvation and death have become part of everyday life. Translating is Dr. Ammar Ghanem, a Syrian American physician who grew up in the Madaya area and agreed to translate for his colleague.
