There have been protests by migrants in camps at the French port of Calais as demolition workers tore down more makeshift shelters in the so-called "Jungle" on Tuesday. The authorities want people to move to shipping containers installed nearby. There were clashes with riot police when the demolition began at the beginning of the week. Gulwali Passarlay is a student and author from Afghanistan. He left his home in 2007 and his last stop before reaching the UK was the Calais 'Jungle' He spent one month there, and during that time tried 100 times to reach the UK on lorries.
