From president of a football team to president of a country -- that is the road millionaire Moise Katumbi may be heading in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where a presidential election is due in November. Moise Katumbi was the governor of the country's rich mining province, Katanga, and a member of the ruling party until last year, when he resigned and criticized the DRC's president, Joseph Kabila. The Â鶹Éç's Maud Jullien met him in the South East of the DRC.
