Begun in 1948 by Polish-American sculptor Korczak Ziolkowski, the sculpture of the Sioux warrior is being carved into mountains near Mount Rushmore, South Dakota. Also on the programme: the legacy of the Spanish poet, playwright and composer Federico Garcia Lorca, the current state of theatre in Spain and Michael Frayn's play Copenhagen about a meeting with physicists Werner Heisenberg and Niels Bohr.
