A village in Leicestershire will disappear altogether if a brand new housing development is given the go ahead. That's the fear of people in Scraptoft. Its after a meeting earlier this week at Scraptoft Golf Club where members agreed - in principal- to have their course sold-off to make way for new homes. In return, the golf club would get a new course in Houghton on the Hill. Now, we've tried to find out who the developers are and how many houses they're hoping to build. But unfortunately, we've just been getting radio silence. We've also been in touch with the Golf Club, but again they're not talking. And its this lack of communication which has left residents in the dark about the future of their village. Â鶹Éç Radio Leicester's Bridget Blair reports.
