If you're disabled, getting a job means more than simply earning a living. The Keswick Soap Company is a social enterprise that gives disabled and disadvantaged people six months work experience, in their shop and workshop in the centre of town. Kim is twenty five, and from Workington, and she has cerebral palsy - she's flourished in the time she's been there, wrapping soaps and dealing face to face with customers.
