Leicester City's 1929 Title Challenge

Jim Davis and Jo Hayward

Available for over a year

Now, unless you've been in hiding for the last few weeks, you will know that Leicester City are currently sitting pretty at the top of the Premier League table. But winning the title is by no means a foregone conclusion. There are many more minutes of football left to play, and anything can happen. One team who found that out the hard way was the Foxes team of 1929. They were in touching distance of victory - but as Mike McCarthy has been finding, it all went pear-shaped. He spoke to co-author of the club's official history, Dave Smith.
