North Korea has fired two ballistic missiles into the sea off its eastern coast. America has said North Korea should refrain from raising tensions in the region - while South Korea says the missile launch is a significant threat to peace and stability. Vice Admiral Yoji Koda of the Japan Maritime Self-Defence Forces, is also national security advisor to the Government of Japan and he spoke to Newsday.
