'Jacob Zuma has to stand down'

Newsday

Available for over a year

South Africa's parliament will debate tomorrow an opposition motion to impeach President Jacob Zuma. The move comes after the country's highest court found that Mr Zuma had failed to uphold the constitution by ignoring the findings of an official anti-corruption watchdog and using public funds to renovate his private residence. Denis Goldberg, a historic member of the African National Congress, gives his take on the issue: ( Caption: South African President Jacob Zuma listens at a news conference in Cape Town.
