President Dilma Rousseff's hopes of staving off impeachment have been hit by the defection of another party from her governing coalition in Brazil. Earlier, she denounced - in her words - a plot to unseat her and accused Vice-President Michel Temer of being a conspirator. For Newsday, Â鶹Éç Brazil's Camilla Costa analysed the latest dramatic developments which include an audio message released on Monday by Mr Temer, in which he spoke as if the impeachment had already taken place and he was assuming the presidency.
