The neighbours of two young piano prodigies have lost their legal bid to impose limits on the teenagers' playing time. They had described hearing the two boys practising as "torture". A court overturned the council-imposed noise abatement notice that limited the two boys to 30 minutes of practice each per day. The judge said the pair could now play for up to 5 hours a day Monday-Saturday and 3 hours on a Sunday. Anna Szalucka, masters student at the Royal Academy of Music, joined Carolyn Quinn on PM with her keyboard.
