Phil Sayer, who has died at the age of 62, wasn't a household name or a familiar face. But his voice is known to millions of people. He warns commuters on the London underground to 'please mind the gap between the train and the platform' and he advises rail travellers of delays and cancellations. No easy task says Jon Briggs, the voice of Apple's Siri and the Weakest Link who knew Phil Sayer. (Photo: Phil Sayer. Credit: PA Wire.)
