Immigration barrister Colin Yeo disputes the claim made by the justice secretary Michael Gove that convicted criminals from the European Union will be allowed into the UK. Mr Yeo says he studied Home Office statistics for 2015, which said there were over 2,000 EU nationals who were refused entry for that reason. He told Martha Kearney that he disagreed with Michael Gove's suggestion that "anyone with an EU passport - even if they have a criminal record - can breeze into Britain" (Image: Border Control at Heathrow Airport Credit Steve Parsons/PA Wire)
