Papa Wemba - who died recently was a fabulously popular Congolese musician - and a fabulous dresser. He was the unofficial leader of La Sape - whose members wear smart suits, flamboyant shoes, bow ties and neckerchiefs. And Congolese migrants have taken the style with them around the world. There's a suburb of Cape Town where 'Les Sapeurs' are a common sight. Our reporter Mohammed Allie has been to meet a couple of them. Image: Sapeur in Cape Town Credit: Mohammed Allie
