In 1995 Marcia fought to convict the famous American footballer OJ Simpson of murdering his ex wife Nicola Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. It was a court case unprecedented in public scrutiny, one in which Simpson was acquitted by the jury. The hit TV drama on Â鶹Éç 2 - The People vs OJ Simpson - has re-ignited interest in the trial. Marcia Clark left the L.A. District Attorney's Office after the OJ Simpson case, although she still does defend in the appeal courts.
