Energy Minister Andrea Leadsom defended Boris Johnson in the wake of him comparing the EU to Hitler. Speaking to Carolyn Quinn on the Westminster Hour she said Boris's comparison was a "scholarly & philosophical point". But Caroline Flint, also appearing on the show, said that Johnson was "throwing a dead cat in the room".
