Weekend is featuring all six books shortlisted for the Man Booker International Prize, which gives equal recognition to the writer and the translator. A Strangeness In My Mind is an epic novel written by the Turkish Nobel Laureate Orhan Pamuk, capturing forty years in the life of Istanbul, seen through the eyes of a street seller.
