The World Anti-Doping Agency says that its officials in Russia are being stopped from testing athletes and threatened by security services. Later this week, the athletics' governing body is to decide whether Russian competitors can take part in the Rio Olympics this summer. It was in November 2015, that Russia's athletes were banned after a report from the agency highlighted widespread failing in testing.
